Your rights come first
HavenOne comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits them. If the service has a major failure — it is unfit for purpose, or substantially unusable — you are entitled to a refund, regardless of anything below.
Try it before you pay
Plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel at any point during it without paying anything at all. What the trial includes is shown at checkout and in Billing settings.
The trial is how you find out whether HavenOne suits your business — use it properly, with real bookings and real invoices, before you pay for anything.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel — and you will not be billed again.
Export your data before that period ends. After an account closes, data stays recoverable for 90 days and is then deleted.
Refunds
Beyond your Australian Consumer Law rights, our position is:
Charged by mistake — billed after cancelling, or charged twice: refunded in full, no questions.
Part-used periods — normally not refunded, since access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. The free trial is there to decide whether HavenOne is right for you before any money changes hands.
Something went genuinely wrong — tell us. We would rather sort it out than have you stuck paying for software that failed you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will try again and contact you before restricting anything. Paid features may be limited while a subscription is unpaid, but your data is not deleted for non-payment — it stays where it is, and access is restored when billing is resolved.
